Crystal Caverns at Hupp's Hill - I-81 Exit 298. "A Little Gem." Oldest documented Virginia show cave has actively growing formations. Viewed in small group tours at low-level illumination. Interpretive center highlights historical occupation. Virginia's only karst walking trail examines sinkholes, wild caves, and groundwater issues. 540-465-5884

Jeane Dixon Museum & Library - I-81 Exit 298. 132 N Massanutten St. Renowned psychic's personal papers, awards, furnishings, clothing, artworks, mementoes and religious icons. Extensive research library includes books she authored and collected. "Enjoy the Future" as seen by one of the 20th century's most fascinating women.

Museum of American Presidents - I-81 Exit 298. 139 N Massanutten St. Where "History is Fun." Exhibit of founding documents and all 43 presidents include original signatures, artifacts, and memorabilia. One-room schoolhouse, a hands-on room where kids can dress in colonial costumes and examine discovery boxes on antique desks near a potbellied stove. 540-465-5999

Stonewall Jackson Museum at Hupp's Hill - I-81 Exit 298. Where "History Comes Alive." With original artifacts and hands-on reproductions, see Jackson's Campaign and three 1864 battles.
