Museum of the Shenandoah Valley - 901 Amherst St. Follow signs from I-81 to Route 37. The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley (MSV) interprets the art, history, and culture of the great valley for which it is named. This regional Museum complex in Winchester, VA, includes the Glen Burnie Historic House, six acres of spectacular gardens, and the Museum designed by architect Michael Graves. Old Courthouse Civil War Museum - 20 N. Loudoun St. This museum remembers the Civil War Soldiers and tells their stories through the equipment they carried, photographs of the period, the weapons and ammunition they used and their names, drawings and curses on the court house walls.
