The Kids Trail mission is to get kids off the couch and outside playing with their families. With a mascot, named Bucket (add link – https://www.goblueridgetravel.com/meet-the-buddies/) to lead the way with her friends, Shenny, Ridge, and Fungi, the Kids Trail helps parents and grandparents to explore the FUN activities in the Shenandoah Valley to include:

  • attractions
  • history
  • children’s museums
  • agri-tourism farms
  • hiking in the Blue Ridge
  • and fun family friendly events

The Kids Trail is from Shepherdstown West Virginia to Harpers Ferry and then thru Bluemont to Winchester and down the valley to Harrisonburg.
This year the Kids Trail is expanding to Roanoke Charlottesville, and Lynchburg.
